We join the solidarity walk for ALS
Our organisation, A&B Innovative Solutions, sponsors the III SOLIDARITY WALK AGAINST ALS
On 1st of October the III SOLIDARITY WALK “THE VALLEY OF HARANA WALKS AGAINST ALS” will take place, a day of solidarity that seeks to give visibility to the reality that surrounds people with ALS, their families and friends; to collaborate financially both in research and in the support treatment of patients in Alava; and to demand more investment and support for research.
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (#ALS) is a disease of the nerve cells that control voluntary muscle movement. Their function gradually decreases, causing muscle atrophy leading to paralysis. This disease, which diagnoses around 1,000 cases each year in Spain, is detected between the ages of 40 and 60 and has an average survival of between 3 and 5 years.
In addition to the walk, an easy stroll suitable for all ages, the organisers have prepared various activities throughout the day to enjoy in good company at a solidarity party (more info).
