Alava Alliance for Sustainable Development 2030
On 24 September, A&B Laboratorios made a commitment to the Alianza Alavesa para el Desarrollo Sostenible 2030 (Alava Alliance for Sustainable Development 2030) in a ceremony where the Chairman of the Provincial Council of Alava, Ramiro González, encouraged Alava society as a whole to deepen their commitment to the Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals from the United Nations, as well as work to build “a more prosperous and charitable world where no one is left behind”.
During the event, around 40 Alava organizations from different social, cultural, business, sports, educational sectors and several public institutions founded the Alava Alliance for Sustainable Development 2030; and formalized their commitment to the Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The Alava Alliance aspires to be a space to join forces and contribute from respective scopes of action so that Alava can achieve the Agenda 2030, as well as recognize the labour of all these entities in recent years for a more sustainable territory, with people as the central focus of its development.
